This article goes over how to install and configure the RingCentral app on Android, it also goes over permissions. If you have any issue with logging in using your Windows/Email credentials when following these directions then please email or call the help desk.
- Open the Play Store.
- Search for RingCentral.
- Open and install the RingCentral app, NOT RingCentral Meetings or RC Phone.
- After it has been installed, select the “Open” button
- Once RingCentral opens select “Sign In” and then “Single Sign-on”
- Enter your Criswell email address and select “Submit”
- In the next window enter your Criswell email address again if needed and select next
- Enter your Criswell password on the next screen, this is the same password to your computer/email
- When Prompted select "Yes" to "Stay signed in?"
- You must allow all permission prompts in order for the phone to work properly with RingCentral, the only prompt you can skip without causing the app issues is “Contacts”.
You should now have successfully logged into the RingCentral app, if needed please follow the tutorial to familiarize yourself with the application.
