This article goes over how to install and configure the RingCentral app on iPhone, it also goes over permissions. If you have any issue with logging in using your Windows/Email credentials when following these directions then please email or call the help desk.  



- Open the App Store

 


(1)Search in the App Store for “RingCentral” and (2)then hit Search at the bottom  


- Scroll down until you find the App named “RingCentral” then select Get and download the app.


- Open the App and hit Sign In. (If your home page does not look like this it is the wrong App)

 

- Select Single Sign-on from the Sign in Page.


- It will open another page. Put your email address in and select Submit


- The App will open a Microsoft Sign In page. Please fill out your Criswell email and password and hit next.


- Once you have signed in the App will open.



- You must allow all permission prompts in order for the phone to work properly with RingCentral, the only prompt you can skip without causing the app issues is “Contacts”.



You should now have successfully logged into the RingCentral app, if needed please follow the tutorial to familiarize yourself with the application.
