Open the RingCentral application
Click on 'Single Sign-on'
Enter your Criswell email address and select “Submit”
Enter your Criswell email or Windows password then select “Sign in”
Select “Yes” to stay signed into the application
And you should now successfully be signed into the RingCentral application
