Select the Calendar icon on the left hand side, when the calendar opens select New Meeting

 

 

 Fill out the information needed for the meeting and recipients and then hit send

 


The meeting will now show in the calendar of Team and in your Outlook Calendar

 

 

 

To join the meeting, click on the meeting within your calendar 

 


 

 And then click on join meeting

 

 

 When you join the meeting you can turn off the camera and audio features if needed
