Open up a web browser and go to v.ringcentral.com

(if this pop up ask to use your microphone and camera, select allow)



If you are joining a meeting select Join a meeting, if you are creating a meeting select sign in



I selected Sign in which brought me to the sign in screen. You can sign in with your RingCentral account or select Single Sign-on where you use your Windows account.



Once you are signed in you will see this page. First select Connect calendar to sync your outlook calendar. 




Select Outlook Calendar and hit the connect option



This will take you to Outlook on the web and ask you to verify your account 




Then accept the permissions request.


This will take you back to v.ringcentral.com and ask you to install the Plug-in for Outlook. 


To install the Plug-in on Outlook, you will need to open the Outlook App on your computer. Once it is open select Get Add-ins



Search for Ringcentral in the search bar and select RingCentral Video for Outlook.



Then select Add.


Now open the Outlook App and select the calendar option



Then Select new Meeting


This will open a new window with a option to Add RingCentral Video



This will ask you Sign in to RC Video so click Sign in


Once again this will ask you to sign in to RC with your RC info or your Windows.



When you have signed in you will now see this


Hit Add meeting and it will populate the information needed for the users to join the meeting. You will need to set the time and date plus add the attendees here


You will now see the meeting in your Outlook Calendar, where you can double click on the meeting and select the please join using the link option




The link will open up a ringcentral web page where you will select open or join using your browser



I selected the open option which opened up my ring central meeting app, then select either continue without audio or join audio by computer. Now you are in the meeting



Once you are in the meeting you will have a lot of option at the bottom, the order goes - mic options - camera - share screen which is also opened on the screen shot ( from here you can select that screen or app you want to share) - add users to the meeting - what users are in the meeting
