If you are trying to print and your page looks like this
And you click the print button and nothing happens then you can fix it by following these steps.
First you need to go to your desktop and click Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
If you can't find it on your desktop then go to the search bar at the bottom left hand corner of your screen and type in adobe acrobat and open it up.
Once open you will first need to open the preferences which can be found here:
Once preferences is open you will need to go to security enhanced and then uncheck enabled protected mode at start up. You will then be prompted with a message "Are you sure you want to continue?" Click "Yes"
Then click OK. To confirm the changes. Now you want to close out of acrobat.
THIS IS IMPORTANT, BE SURE TO DO THIS NEXT STEP
You must re-open Adobe and check to make sure the changes are still there. FOLLOW THE SAME STEPS AS ABOVE TO MAKE SURE THE CHANGES STAYED.
WHEN YOU RE-OPEN ADOBE AND GO TO SECURITY ENHANCED YOU SHOULD SEE THAT BOX UNCHECKED AFTER COMPLETELY CLOSING AND RE-OPENING ADOBE!!!
Finally, you must completely close out of your web browser and then navigate back to the printable document and attempt to re-print it. When you go back to that page, after pressing the print button you should be prompted with the correct box and you should be able to choose a printer.
