If you receive an email that you’re not certain is fake and would like IT to inspect it, please utilize the “Phish Alert” button on your email. This will properly deliver the email to us, and will not open the links/attachments.
In the Outlook application, the button is located on the top right hand side:

For the Outlook web application, click the 3 dots on the top right corner of the email, then select “Phish Alert” in that manu:
On the Outlook phone application, similarly to the web version, please click the 3 dots on the top right of the email, scroll down in the menu that appears and select “Phish Alert”
