First go to the web browser window and click the three dots :
Next click settings; 
Next you will want to click Privacy, search, and services in the settings:
Next click choose what to clear
A box will open and you will want to choose the time range of all time
Next you will want to uncheck the boxes for browsing history and download history
You want to make sure the only boxes checked are cookies and other site data and cached images and files
Once you click clear now, please restart the browser.
